Nomads United is one of the oldest and largest football clubs in Canterbury and is committed to making sure all members enjoy a quality club football experience. Nomads United is based in north-west Christchurch at Tulett Park offering an affordable participation opportunity for all to enjoy.

In 2018 we were the first club in New Zealand to be awarded a NZ Football C and Y Licence and have an approved Youth Talent Centre and Skills Centre. We have again been awarded our C and Y licence in 2022 for the fifth consecutive year and will be running our NZF Talent Centre programme for 13th, 14th,15th and 17th Grades. Nomads United hold the Quality Club Mark 1 Star Accreditation for best club practices for 2017-2019 and have submitted our 2 Star Accreditation documentation.

We have two full time Football Development staff as well as a full time Administration Manager to support the many training sessions, activities, games and club days that we hold.

As a club we take pride in catering for different levels of senior men's and women's football at both a social and competitive level for all to enjoy both the playing of the game and the socializing component of football.

Nomads has a very strong junior membership and is a fun, vibrant club that supports all players regardless of age, ability and gender with a number of girls teams. Nomads United members share a genuine love of football creating a great environment to further develop your skill set on the pitch. Nomads United provide numerous training opportunities throughout the year as well as offering a great junior programme for players new to football.

There are always club activities to be involved in throughout the season that not only players but families, friends and club supporters can enjoy.
