Nomads 12th Grade
12th Grade is for boys and girls born in 2008. We have mixed teams and girls only teams. Please let us know when you register if you wish to be placed in a girls only team.

Games are on a Saturday morning at various locations in Christchurch
First Game: Saturday 4th April 2020
Subs for the season are $190
You must register and pay prior to 25th February 2020 to be placed in a team.
12th grade players are graded. All players must attend trials or will be placed in a social team. We would encourage all players to attend as it is good chance to get some football in before the start of the season!
All sessions will be held at Tulett Park.
Players are to wear shinguards and football boots and have a drink bottle with them! If its hot don't forget to wear your sunscreen.
Trials will be run by our Football Development Staff, Matt Jansen, Fernando Lambert and JD Dennen.
You do not need to register to attend our trials but you MUST register with the club prior to 25th February 2020 to be placed in a team.
If you wish to play in a girls only team, please attend the girls only trials, all other trials are for mixed teams.
Please only attend the trial for your correct age/grade in 2020.

12th Grade Nomads PLUS +
Nomads PLUS + is a new NZ Football accredited 36 week programme designed and coached by our Technical Director, Fernando Lambert and Football Development Officer, JD Dennen. This programme is available for all players 9th-12th grade. T
Nomads PLUS + players are required to register with Nomads United AFC and pay the applicable registration fee for 2020. Registration to the Club must be completed by 25th February 2020.
9-12 years is the ‘golden age’ of learning both technically and tactically for any footballer. This program is aimed to accelerate the player’s development and unlock a higher potential as they advance toward Youth and Senior football at Nomads.
The programme will also focus on the Nomads values and football philosophy/playing style which stems from our First Team through to all our Junior and Youth members. This will be taught at an age appropriate level through the club’s Talent Centre and Nomads PLUS + programmes. This give our players the best chance of succeeding at senior level, Canterbury United and beyond!
12th Grade Nomads PLUS + Programme
Starts: 17th February
Ends: 9th November
Time: 4.00pm - 5.00pm
Location: Tulett Park
Players will also have the option to buy the Nomads PLUS + training kit if they wish, however this is not compulsory
If players are not ‘financial members’ of the club but still wish to do this programme they can, however there will be an additional $50 payable. Please contact email@example.com if you would like to register and you are not a Nomads member.

Scorching Goal Football Fund
The Scorching Goal Football Fund has been established to assist children and youth attending primary or secondary school, aged between 5 years and 18 years who are from financially disadvantaged families or backgrounds, and where finance is a barrier to participation, either at club level, across development programmes or at representative level.
This is not a fund established to specifically support talented players but is rather about providing children and youth with the opportunity to continue to participate in football.
